Snack & C’mish on A Downtown Affair

Here we go with the guest set by Snack & C’mish, a Brooklyn based DJ and production duo with a supreme and expansive taste for dance music of all sorts. We had them join us for our now defunct Light Up the Night party during one of the few snowy NY nights in 2010, and they happened to come through the studio on similar circumstances this January. They’re always amazing me with the gnarly 12″ pic sleeve imports from the mid-80s that sound WAY cooler than the cover lead me to believe; they brought quite a few of these tunes along, and also dropped a few exclusive originals & edits along with some stunning re-issued material that’s now debuted on the program. Tackleberry and I keep the vibe instilled by their set, and still find a few opportunities to indulge. Catch Snack & C’mish over at Tandem at their monthly MAGNUM party.

I found a book with drawing about a year ago in an airport (can’t even remember which one right now) – nice artwork and I was looking at it today and it has “Snack & c’Mish” in some logo form. Is this your book? I still have it.
