Tackleberry and I were back playing the program in its entirety for the first time in a while. There’s a special thing happening at Le Poisson Rouge tomorrow night for all those disco heads out there. Escort, the brainchild of producers Dan Balis and Eugene Cho, will be performing a live show to celebrate their recently completed full length LP. The 17 piece disco orchestra will come together for a rare live appearance with support by LGS favored DJs Darshan Jesrani (previously on ADA), DJ Druzz (Rapture) and Prince Language (No Comprendo). Ain’t no one else doing it like this – Surely not to be missed!

We were fortunate to have Red Greg in the studio last week as a precursor to his appearance at Love Chant 2. He played a ton of tracks we’d never heard before including some custom pressed 10″s and a Land of Hits version of Cloud One’s “Atmosphere Strut”. Love on the Run, Monk-One & Red Greg didn’t disappoint on Saturday either. It was great to see all the familiar faces while hearing some of these tracks out on a club system!
